Orders/Shipping

*IMPORTANT*

Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for shipping. In rare cases, dependent on order volume and processing times from our suppliers, you may have to wait up to 3 weeks. The likelihood of receiving your item before this period of time is high, though processing of items is often taking longer than usual across most shipping companies. We ship through various different carriers based on the product purchased and where you are located.

Shipping Updates

We provide shipping updates via email. Your shipping updates will be sent to you as follows.

1. Your item order is processed

2. Your item order has departed our warehouse

3. Your item order has been obtained by our carrier

4. Your item order is in transit to your location

5. Your item order has been dropped off at your selected destination location

Shipping Errors

If your order was unable to be delivered, you will receive an email informing you of its pickup location.

If you are unable to locate your item/s, due to an unexpected error in shipping, please contact the carrier in charge of delivery for your item/s. If the carrier is unable to locate your item, please contact us directly either through the contact section of our website, or through the built-in Facebook Messenger app located on the bottom right of our website.
